Yes! Our candles are made from vegetable waxes, paraffin-free, toxin-free, and GMO-free. We also use phthalate-free fragrances and untreated cotton wicks.

All my candles are handmade in my workshop located in the Landes region of France. I favor short supply chains and local raw materials.

This can happen if the candle was not burned long enough the first time it was lit. We recommend letting the wax melt to the edge of the container each time it is lit to avoid drips, this can take about 3 hours.

Absolutely. No animal-derived ingredients are used, and no animal testing is conducted.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 8 business days. Delivery typically takes 48 to 72 hours.

Candor gift cards are valid for 1 year on the entire store.

To remove the wax from your pot:

1. Boil water in a saucepan.
2. Then pour this boiling water into the candle jar.
3. Let stand until the water is cold and the wax is on the surface.
4. Remove the wax and clean the pot.

To remove soot residue:

• Clean with a magic sponge.

And there you have it, your pot is ready to receive the Candor scented wax powder!

Once your jar is clean, you can create your own endless candles with the scented wax powder available in the Candor store.
